Recognising that mental health is equally critical, the business launched a new initiative in the mental health sector. I was brought on to shape this initiative from a UX perspective, collaborating with internal and external teams to demonstrate its potential through user-centred design.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"css-146c3p1 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-37j5jr r-a023e6 r-16dba41 r-1adg3ll r-1b5gpbm r-a8ghvy\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-b88u0q r-a8ghvy\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-a8ghvy\"><br \/>\n<strong>My Role:<\/strong><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-a8ghvy\">Supported by clinical data and research from our partners, I developed high-level personas to define key user journeys. These journeys informed the design of various states and screens, enabling a personalised and engaging user experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"css-146c3p1 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-37j5jr r-a023e6 r-16dba41 r-1adg3ll r-1b5gpbm r-a8ghvy\" dir=\"ltr\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3\"><span class=\"css-1jxf684 r-bcqeeo r-1ttztb7 r-qvutc0 r-poiln3 r-a8ghvy\">A primary goal was to incentivise users\u2014via Vitality points\u2014to complete preliminary questionnaires, which provided tailored insights and resources to support their mental fitness journey. Simultaneously, the initiative aimed to promote third-party partners (e.g., Calm app) and integrate wearable devices to cross-sell products and features.
